A number of sleeve variations appear for this release depending on the time of pressing. First pressings had a full-size HUP covering the whole of the sleeve. Second pressings had a sticker on the sleeve with the name of the group printed on it (as shown). European pressings had the title in a smaller size with the group name printed above it and another pressing exists which is the same as the European version but also with an oval logo sticker stuck over the album title.

As part of their Centenary anniversary, HMV released the 1921 Centenary Edition range - a selection of (in their opinion) the finest albums and soundtracks from the last 100 years. Never Loved Elvis was No. 67 in the series.
The 2001 Remasters were used as the basis for this release thus Donation ends earlier than on the original release at the end of Side 1 and resumes from the 'Preacher' sample into Inertia - as per the 2001 CD release.
The album is pressed on heavyweight brown vinyl and also includes a Sound Of Vinyl download card and silver OBI strip.
